Welcome to Vegan Online Academy’s first ever podcast – providing food for body and mind.

In this week’s episode, I interview fellow educator Chloe Ventura. Chloe has suffered from the ongoing repercussions of Lyme Disease since being infected by a tick bite in the 5th grade. By the birth of her second child, Chloe was in and out of hospital suffering from a variety of chronic problems stemming from the initial Lyme Disease infection. Chloe dicusses how a plant based-diet has helped her heal, and how she balances working full-time as a 2nd grade teacher with being a mom to two kids under 5, all the while feeding her family a delicious vegan diet.

If you would like to follow in Chloe’s footsteps visit our website to find out about our wonderful courses that provide in-depth help and support to not only get you started on your vegan journey, but to help you be happy and healthy for life.

Vegan Online Academy has been created by Caroline L. Harrison, an educator with an M.Ed. and a BSc.Psych. Food for body and mind.
