In this week’s podcast Carrie Harrison, M.Ed., BSc. Psych., interviews Carol McLeod, a 70 year old retired teacher from Scotland. Carol helped to edit and review Vegan Online Academy, as such she undertook our transition to veganism course, Vegan 101, not with an eye to transitioning, but with her virtual red pen in hand to make sure that the whole class worked from an educational perspective. Carol ate a traditional western diet while undertaking this work and had no intention of becoming vegan. We find out how Vegan 101 affected her and if she felt any unintended lasting impact from reviewing the course.

If you are interested in undertaking your own vegan journey, Vegan 101 is the perfect place to start. Check out our website for more information https://veganonlineacademy.com
